Shipping within Austria:
For shipping within Austria, we charge a shipping fee of 4.95 EUR if the order value is less than 60 EUR. For order values of 60 EUR or more, shipping within Austria is free.

Shipping to Germany:
For shipping to Germany, a shipping fee of 9.90 EUR (via DHL) applies. Orders from outside the EU are subject to a shipping fee of 14.95 EUR.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Returns must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
